I want to add pages to a TPageControl at runtime. Is this possible? Which
methods should I use?

(Actually, that's not quite true. What I really want to do is define my
own TMyPageControl, and override its TComponentEditor to give the
context-menu an extra verb. I tried inheriting from TNotebookEditor,
because that looked the most promising, but apparently it's totally the
wrong thing).

Is it even possible to do what I want with page controls?
