Re-Distribution Visual Speller - job stopped !

I am using VisualSpeller I have installed this on a remote machine. I have
installed and registered the Files which the documentation which came with
D5 say are required viz.
VSpell32.OCX , VSpell32.Dll ,American.Vtd ,Vspell.hlp
MFCans32.dll , OC30.Dll , MSVCRT20.Dll
TheProgram gives me "EoleAutomation Error At 4992:329 Class Not Registered"

Although it works on my machine ,and if I remove the OCX from the From
The Program The Program Works fine on the remote machine.

Any advice greatly appreciated.
