disable chart wizard popup - excel

How do I stop or control the Chart Wizard popup? The help says to use
Command Bars instead of Menu Items. But no mention of menu items in
Command bars, or any properties to set like the Checked property of the
View | Toolbars | Chart item?

Actually I should have said the Chart Toolbar popup? Found it I think?
I'm heading for:
Application...Get_Toolbars... Toolbar... ToolbarButtons....
ToolbarButton... Pushed?
