There is an alfa version of a convert from QuickReport to Rave on:

I downloaded this wizard, but get the following error when I attempt to
install it following the instructions in the readme.txt file:
    Entry point to procedure @Qrvclass@initialization$qqrv in DLL
RvCore50.bpl

Anyone know what's wrong ?? Any suggestions ??
