send mail per CGI

Can anyone help me ?

A html-Page send per "get" information to my script ( test.exe)
Now the CGI-Script should send a E-Mail.
Has anyone some Source for me....
I made some tests with the smtp-componente with
is comming with my delphi 3.0 C/S but i have allways
troubles, when 2 users are sending datas to my CGI-Script
(..at the same time..)

I hope, someone can help me with source.
