I am very new to sql queries so please excuse me if this is
a stupid question.

I have a mdi application using dbase files.  Diff menu choices
cause a common response.  A child form with a master
database isopened, a query made and a grid is filled with the
sorted results.  Each child form has its own table and query
components.

When I open the first form it displays fine.  If I make a diff menu
choice that opens diff tables I get an error when when I open the
Query.  If I close the child form and then make a diff menu choice
I get the same error.  If I close the program and then reverse the
order of the menu choices I make the first form is always fine with
the second choice resulting in an error.

Any help would be much appreciated.
