I found these two QC reports on the subject of problems with
range-checking with dynamic array subscripts.
Number 9208 is closed with a resolution of "Fixed" and resolved in
build "7.0.1.10". What version would build "7.0.1.10" be?
Report No: 9208 Status: Closed
Run-time range checking fails on dynamic array index
qc.codegear.com/wc/qcmain.aspx
Number 10176 is still open. Is that correct or has is been fixed in
some current versions?
Report No: 10176 Status: Open
Failure of Range-checking with Dynamic Array Subscripts
