Could someone please take a look at QC 26801 and QC 26833 and open them.
They are ready to be opened.
The reports cover missing RTTI features and form design component object
visibility.

Someone with admin privileges, please open the reports. They contain all
needed information, is possible to implement without breaking backward
compatibility and since enhancement requests don't require time for testing
it should be easy to validate and open it. Still requires knowledge of RTTI,
but I find it hard to believe no admin knows about the RTTI features in
Delphi.
