SQL Date question2005-06-04 04:08:02 AM off-topic10 Hi all, I am trying to run a query where one of the tables is in MSSQL and the 2nd table is in dBase IV. The query is as follows: select mb.recid, mb.accountno from ":MSSQL_GM7:mailbox" mb, contact1 c1 where (mb.maildate>'24-May-2004' and mb.maildate < '24-May-2005') and c1.accountno = mb.accountno I get a BDE error indicating Operation not applicable. If I remove the date field comparisons, the error does not occur. Operation not applicable. Context: SQLQuery: select mb.recid, mb.accountno from ":MSSQL_GM7:mailbox" mb, contact1 c1 where (mb.maildate>'24-May-2004' and mb.maildate < '24-May-2005') and c1.accountno = mb.accountno 1: File: _QSQL000 BDE Error Cat:Code: [42:4] BDE: 500 [4/11/1999] GoldMine: 6.70.41113 User: FRANCES Window: Filters and Groups &Cancel Template: Details: FILENAME: _QSQL000 -- Frances Corazza The Crossbearer Corporation XXXX@XXXXX.COM www.thecrossbearercorporation.com "Specializing in GoldMine Integration & API Support" |
