export/import Manager

Hello to you all,
Just installed the export/import manager and trying to export a project. my export.cdl look like the following:
OUTPUT_DIRECTORY=E:\\nettracker_temp
SERVER_NAME=127.0.0.1
SERVER_PORT=49290
USERNAME=Administrator
PASSWORD=<what ever my passwd is>
LOG_PROPERTIES=E:\\configs\\export.log.properties
PROJECT=NetTracker
EXPORT_RECORD_FILE=E:\\test2\\test.exp
MODE=FULL
And this is what I get as an output:
netMonitorPath = null
