Fail to start server

Hi,
I downloaded the StarTeam 2005 trial today for a 30 day evaluatation. I have
encountered a problem creating a server. I create a server called
TestStarTeam. When I try to start the server I get, "Fail to start
TestStarTeam. Please check the configuration settings. If this configuration
is set to run as a service, please check the event viewer for the cause of
the error". Does anyone know the source of this error?

Call Starteam Support... You get support on Evaluations, no questions asked IIRC... I think that number is 800-421-5475

OK I was wrong...
there isn't a phone number for evals, only install help and
that is website only - you can put in a case from there

800-523-7070. However, this will work out pretty much the same as if you
create a case on line.
